XXXV-asis tradicinis estafetinis bėgimas „Medininkai - Vilnius“

The 35th traditional relay race "Medininkai - Vilnius" is the oldest traditional relay race in Lithuania, dedicated to honoring those who died at the Medininkai border post near the memorial. The event takes place in July, starting near the Medininkai memorial. The relay consists of 7 stages of 5 km each on an asphalt road, with participants running in teams. It is a unique opportunity to take part in a historic and meaningful sporting event that connects Medininkai and Vilnius.

The event is organized by the Police Department under the Ministry of the Interior, the Customs Department, and LBMA. The results will be published on the official organizer's website. The event takes place on an asphalt road, so appropriate running shoes are recommended. The event aims to honor the victims of Medininkai, was held in Vilnius, involved law enforcement officers, covered a distance of 34 km, with 7 stages, a symbolic baton with soil, medals, and refreshments at the finish line.
