Trail Kursiu Nerija #TKN

Trail Kuršių Nerija #TKN is a wonderful run through the natural trails of the Curonian Spit in Lithuania, offering various distance options from a 1 km kids' route to an extreme 104 km. The event captivates participants with its breathtaking views, sandy paths, and the opportunity to run or walk at your own pace. It is a great chance to experience the beauty of nature and spend active time with family or friends. The event is friendly for all running levels and age groups.

The 10 km route has a 76 m elevation gain, with a maximum of 400 participants. The 1 km kids' route is limited to 200 participants and includes running with an animator in a heated tent. Participants in the 10 km route must carry an ID and a charged mobile phone or a watch with the route's GPX. After the finish, participants can enjoy showers, massage, porridge, tea, as well as a national park ticket and outdoor games for children. The event center features a heated tent and a luggage storage area. The TKN AFTER PARTY runs until 01:30, with the last ferry to Klaipėda at 02:20. The event offers various distances, including kids' races and ultramarathons, with aid stations, GPX tracking, medals, and post-race activities. Registration closes in mid-September.
