Race description
Samogitia Ultra is a unique endurance race held in the Germanto Landscape Reserve near Telšiai, Lithuania. Participants run a 6.7 km forest trail loop every hour on the hour, continuing until only one runner remains, known as the Last Man Standing. The race challenges runners' endurance, strategy, and grit, with a minimum of 7 loops required to earn a medal. The course features about 70 meters of elevation gain per loop and is set in a beautiful natural reserve.

Additional information
Runners must complete each 6.7 km loop within one hour or be eliminated. Minimum 7 loops (46.9 km) needed for award medal. Runners receive 3, 2, and 1-minute warnings before each loop. Personal tents can be set up from 6 PM the day before the race near the start gate. Toilets are available about 50 meters from base camp. Water and hot water are available at base camp. No showers, but a clean lake is nearby. Walking during the race is allowed and recommended. Personal items can be left in tents but are not the organizer's responsibility. There is a tent camp and aid stations at the event, but there are restrictions on aid along the course.
