On November 4, 2023, the fourteenth traditional race "Varnutės Ruduo" took place in Jonava. Participants could choose from several distances: 300 m for the little ones, 2.5 km, and 10 km for the older ones. The race was held on pedestrian and cycling paths with large and steep inclines, with the start and finish located near the Jonava Sports Arena. This year, 175 participants took part in the race, and special trophies were awarded to the fastest men and women in the 10 km distance.
Highlights
- In the 300 m distance, the time was not recorded, but Aronas Janonis successfully and confidently completed it!
- In the 2.5 km distance, the best performance was by Jovile Dindaitė (10:49 min.), who took 3rd place.
- Eimantas Druktenis completed the 10 km distance in 45:05 minutes, competing among men – he finished in 10th place!
