Starting from April 15, every Saturday we are preparing for the "Danske Bank Vilnius Marathon" with the Vilnius Running Club. Participants preparing for all distances are welcome to join the free training sessions, whether they are beginners or experienced runners. The training sessions focus on strengthening various muscle groups, providing information on proper running form and breathing techniques during running. The sessions will take place every Saturday at 10:00 AM in front of the Vingis Park stage until the marathon, which will be held on September 8.
