The Molėtai Sports Center, together with the Lithuanian Running Enthusiasts Association, invites you to the traditional, fourth edition of the "Molėtai Runs 2024," which will take place on October 20, 2024. The running distances include 3 km (Girls/Boys, born in 2006 and younger), 9 km (Women/Men, aged 19-44 and 45 and older), as well as a 400 m course, which has no age restrictions. This event brings together running enthusiasts and provides an opportunity to participate across various age groups.

Highlights

  • In the "Molėtai Runs-2023," over 100 athletes participated, with Erikas Putna, Gailutė Keliuotienė, and Simona Bareikytė achieving the best results, securing first places in their respective categories.
  • Erikas Putna completed 2.5 kilometers in 11:10 minutes in the under 18 age group, Gailutė Keliuotienė finished the 8-kilometer course in 42:43 minutes in the 51 years and older group, and Simona Bareikytienė completed 8 kilometers in 39:01 minutes in the 19-39 years age group.
  • The other athletes from Molėtai also performed excellently, securing second and third places in their age groups.
