The Birštono Half Marathon Powered by Vytautas is an annual running event held in Birštonas, bringing together both beginners and experienced runners. The event offers several distances, including a half marathon, a 10 km run which is also the Lithuanian 10 km road running championship, a 5.2 km run, and a relay race. The course passes through the city center, the Nemunas riverbank, promenade, and the outskirts of Žvėrinčius forest, providing participants with the opportunity to enjoy both the results and the scenery. Birštonas is renowned for its health traditions, and this event promotes an active lifestyle and community spirit.

Start times: 10 km run at 9:00 in Basanavičiaus Square, half marathon at 9:05 on Jaunimo street, 5.2 km run at 9:05, 2x5 km relay at 9:05, children's 800 m run at 12:15. Participants' footwear must meet LLAF recommendations. A valid anti-doping training certificate is required for 10 km championship participants. Registration is only in the participant's name; transfer of bib numbers is prohibited. Participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for marketing purposes without separate consent. It is recommended to register by filling out a form, and according to the event rules, a doping control certificate is mandatory for the 10 km run. The event also includes awards and sponsor gifts.
